*Synergy Group & Host Facilitator

 

 

WANTED: SYNERGY GROUP HOSTS. A small group host provides a place for a small group of people to meet, and works with the group’s facilitator to serve group. The group may meet in a home or any safe and adequate space that is available. As a host, you enable learning and growth to take place off campus here at St. Stephen. We can only have as many Synergy Groups as there are people willing to host a group. Each session lasts between six and eight weeks.

 

We ask that you are a church member here in good standing, for a least one year. Finally, you will be asked to attend a six hour basic training seminar, conducted at St. Stephen. We invite you to pray about and try out being a host, for at least one six-week session.

 

 

 

WANTED: SYNERGY GROUP FACILITATORS. A small group facilitator conducts a small group of people through a series of current Bible based discussions. Facilitators encourage a welcomed atmosphere for group members to come and discuss a current DVD driven Bible based series. The group facilitator steers the discussion, and helps to develop group members’ spiritual transformation. Each session lasts between six and eight weeks.

 

We ask that you are a church member here in good standing, for a least one year. Finally, you will be asked to attend a six hour basic training seminar, conducted at St. Stephen. We invite you to pray about and try out being a facilitator, for at least one six-week session.
